A Message to Our Loyal Customers

Dear Loyal Customer,

We want to share some exciting news with all of you: Mr. & Mrs. Miles have decided to officially retire. They looked for a company to merge with that shared the same values as Miles Service. After a long search, they found a family-run company to merge with so we may continue to grow and provide our customers with the service they are accustomed to.

We are still Miles Service with the same staff and technicians. Eric Harkins is now the General Manager. He will continue the legacy that he has spent the last 20 years training for under his mentor Bobby Miles.

We are now officially Air Tech of Pasadena LLC. DBA Miles Service. You will still see our famous penguin vans and trucks. We still answer phones as Miles Service. We are still in the same location. The biggest change you will notice is our invoicing reads Air Tech of Pasadena. We are VERY excited about this new chapter for Miles and look forward to continuing to provide exceptional service to each of you.

Maintenance Customers, if you have not scheduled or received your fall check, please call our office to schedule. If you need to renew your maintenance, please note that starting January there will be a price increase. However, the benefits will also increase! Call for Details.
